The Novotel Sukhumvit 20 is the best Hotel in Bangkok for under 100€.
At my last visit in Bangkok I also stayed here. The establishment is super modern and well designed. From the rooms you have a nice view and the bed is super fluffy. At the 9th floor you find the infinity Pool with Bar and fresh towels.
The rooftop bar at the 26th floor has happy hour between 5pm-7pm. Make sure to reserve a table at the edge of the bar. The Breakfast is awesome and worth the money. Take your lunch just around the corner of the Hotel, there are several authentic thai food „restaurants“.

the AETAS Lumpini is one of my favorite Hotels. It is close to the Lumpini Park, located at Bangkoks Business District. The Rooms are great, the infinity pool at the 9th floor is half covered to protect you from the south asian heat and surprises you with a view to the Lumpini Park.

at the Ad Lib Bangkok you will feel comfortable, right from the entrance.
It is surrounded by nice garden space and the modern furniture and nice wooden tables are eye-catchers. Same ambiente at the rooms. The interior has a nice and modern wooden design. You will find a cosy infinity pool on the rooftop and at Sukhumvit Soi 1 you have the best infrastructure.
The Ad Lib Bangkok is different from all the other at this district and you won´t find such a quite, green and cosy place around here.
